After recently being named the Most Beautiful Woman in the world by the International Academy of Beauty, television's "Wonder Woman" Lynda Carter has tried her talents as a singer and entertainer as well. With two albums to her credit, recorded on Epic Records, and headlining two shows at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Ms. Carter admits however: "Nobody would know who I am today were it not for 'Wonder Woman,' but like anyone else l would love to take on some new challenges." Lynda wears her shoulder-length hair in a A-line cut, which CBS studio hairstylist Cheri Ruff chose because of its flexibility—a necessity to fit changing costumes and characters. Lynda has her hair done daily when working, and commends her stylist who provides the all-important good cut and "keeps my hair in excellent condition." Ms. Carter conditions her hair weekly and uses henna to add body to her very fine hair. When at home, electric rollers and decorative combs help in styling her hair. For tennis, she sports a ponytail. "Afterwards, it can be taken up in a French twist." For 1979, Lynda's stylist feels that "glamour's coming back. Ladies will be looking like ladies again."
