In front of the camera or off the set, SHAPE's cover model Lynda Carter projects such strength, power and beauty that it's been difficult for her fans to forget her Wonder Woman television image. Lynda is in love with a variety of sports -from swimming and tennis to jogging and biking. "I exercise a half hour each day." she says, "and alternate between swimming, biking, dancing, floor
exercises and working with weights. Then every other day I also jog or play tennis. That way I'm never bored and work every part of my body."
Lynda Carter has appeared in countless ad campaigns, and she has just finished filming "Hotline," a CBS television movie that will air this fall.
It doesn't take a classic body like Lynda's to experience the full joy of movement. Our bodies are our expressionsm our movable works of art. And exercise is our most creative forms of movement. Exercise is the celebration of ourselves and our physical achievements.
Exercisers were once limited to basic black, white or perhaps a pale pink for their workout wear. Today, execrsie wear comes in a sensational rainbow of colors and cuts that is light yars away from loetrads of the past.
